PT Chemco Harapan Nusantara didirikan pada tahun 1984, mengoperasikan dua pabrik manufaktur di Indonesia.

PT Chemco Harapan Nusantara berhasil mempertahankan statusnya sebagai yang unggul melalui produk-produk berkualitas tinggi.

Mampu menyediakan sistem rem yang sangat baik, roda aluminium, dan bagian casting untuk perusahaan Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) otomotif di Indonesia dan di seluruh dunia.

31 Januari 1984 – Awal berdirinya PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara

PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara didirikan di kawasan Kapuk, Jakarta dengan memproduksi kampas rem untuk truk ringan dan truk berat (aftermarket).

Maret 1993 – Pabrik baru di Cikarang – Bekasi

Pada tanggal 31 Maret 1993 PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara meletakkan dasar untuk pabrik baru di Kawasan Industri Jababeka , Cikarang – Bekasi

Januari 1994 – Mulai menggunakan pabrik i dan mengalihkan semua aktivitas dari Kapuk ke Cikarang

Aktivitas proses Non Asbes untuk pelapisan, Proses disc pad Non Asbes dan proses pemesinan caliper bodi mekanik R2, Assy panel perakitan, Assy Caliper R2, Master Cylinder. dll.

Februari 2003 – Peletakan batu pertama pabrik baru di Karawang-Jawa Barat

Pengolahan sepatu rem non-asbes untuk Yamaha R2, pembuatan cetakan cetakan dan/DC untuk bagian-bagian kecil, dan jalur perekatan otomatis untuk sepatu rem R2.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Chemco is committed to taking part in sustainable ecomomic development in order to improve the quality of life and the environment that can benefit the surrounding community.

Our contribution covers several aspects of Education, Health and Social Environment.

Health

Chemco has implemented several programs focused on increasing access to health services for the community, such as the provision of health facilities, medical assistance, mass vaccination, and blood donation as a form of humanity and helping others.

Education

Chemco participates in several programs, such as renovating school buildings, facilitating learning facilities ( Tables, Chairs, Book and Stationery) as well as improving students’ skills throught training, Teaching Factory and industrial work practices.

Social Environment

Chemco actively carries out several programs such as increasing the economic growth of the surronding community by facilitating the manufacture of cloth for industry empowering local workers and playing an active role in reducing CO2 emissions. Solar Cell 3.200 kWp Solar Power Plant CO2 emission reduction of 4,212,414 kg annually Solar Cell Roof at Chemco factory which can save energy of 4,510,080 kWh

About Covid-19

As a form of concern for the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, Chemco contributed to the community by ditributing basic food assistance to residents affected by Covid-19, APD to medical officers and Covid-19 vaccination for general public, We also contributed in the making of the ventilator part that can be used for every patient of Covid-19.
