Established in Kapuk in 1984; joint venture in 1987; Cikarang factory in 1993; Karawang factory in 2004.
1984 Established
Based in Kapuk, Northern Jakarta. Heavy duty lining is our main product. We were a small company consisted of 250 people.
1987 Joint Venture With Nissin Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Nissin Kogyo Co, Ltd Japan, Propect Motor, Maya Saribakti Utama invested to Create Chemco Harapan Nusantara We broadened our main product to: Heavy duty lining, Disk pad for Mitsubishi OES. Automobile brake system for Suzuki ST-100, Y9B
1993 Cikarang Factory
We relocated to and built a factory in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang
1995 New Core Production
We increased our business by manufacturing alumunium casting parts for motorcycles.
2004 Karawang Factory
Chemco erected a new factory in Mitra Karawang Industrial Estate in Karawang.
2007 Technical Department Instituted
We started manufacturing casting molds for Gravity and High Pressure Die Casting ourselves
2008 Motorcycle Cast Alloy Wheels
New venture, Cast alloy wheels for motorcycle Karawang factory can accommodate a dedicated building for production process, from start to finish, including but not limited to, quality, packing and logistic.
2011 Automobile Cast Alloy Wheels
With the success we had with motorcycle cast wheels, we stepped up our market to automobile cast alloy wheels.
2018 Learning Center Established
We developed our overall manpower skills by inaugurating a learning center.
2021 Nissin into Astemo
Management integration Of Astemo, Ltd to become a leading provider of mobility solutions to the automotive industry.
2021 Karawang Plant Solar Panel Installation
Became more environment aware and installed solar panels with the green renewable energy movement initiative - Capacity 3200 kWp
2024 PT. Chemco Harapan Nusantara 40th Anniversary
2026 Cikarang Plant Solar Panel Installation
This milestone features the successful installation of a rooftop solar panel system at the Cikarang Plant with a total capacity of 1,479 kWp, significantly expanding the company's clean energy infrastructure.
